my story

I am a certified psychologist trained at the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR), India. With over 7 years of experience in the field of mental health, I have worked with more than 200 individuals, supporting them through various emotional and psychological challenges.

My journey into psychology is not only professional — it is deeply personal.

The unexpected loss of a close friend to suicide became a turning point in my life. That experience opened my eyes to how silent and invisible mental struggles can be. It made me realize how important early awareness, open conversations, and timely support truly are.

Alongside this, my own personal struggles helped me develop deeper empathy and resilience. These experiences shaped my belief that mental health care must begin with understanding, compassion, and strong foundational support.

In my approach, I believe that addressing mental health naturally and holistically is often the first step. Before moving toward intensive interventions, it is important to focus on lifestyle balance, emotional regulation, stress management, and identifying root causes. Sustainable healing begins by strengthening the mind through structured, ethical, and evidence-based psychological guidance.

Through Mind Care Community, my mission is to spread responsible mental health awareness and create a safe, global space where individuals feel empowered to understand their emotions and seek support without fear or stigma.

I believe mental wellness is not just about treatment — it is about prevention, awareness, and building emotional strength.
